Troubleshooting Guide

Having trouble with your RadioVault? Here are some common issues and how to resolve them:
If you’re experiencing difficulty with the lock, ensure that the key is fully inserted and turned clockwise. If the lock is still stuck, try applying a small amount of lubricant to the key and lock mechanism. For persistent issues, please contact our support team.
In humid environments, condensation may form inside the RadioVault. To prevent this, ensure the enclosure is properly sealed and consider using a desiccant pack inside the enclosure to absorb moisture. Regularly check and replace the desiccant pack as needed.
If the external microphone is not functioning while the RadioVault is locked, verify that the microphone cable is securely connected to both the radio and the external microphone port on the enclosure. Also, ensure that the radio’s microphone settings are properly configured.
