1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return the RadioVault Industrial Enclosure within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Contact Us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Inspection and Processing
